The Silopilot FMM50 is an electromechanical level measuring system that measures the level of dusty, fine or coarse bulk solids in stockpiles or silos, as well as the level of liquids in tanks, using a plumb-bob sensor.

High-performance three-phase motor (traction force up to 500N) with single-phase supply via frequency converter, simple and convenient.
Certified for use in the following measuring applications: dust explosion hazardous areas 20, 21 and 22 (measuring area), zones 21 and 22 (device area), category 1/2D.
Application areas
The Silopilot M FMM50 electromechanical level measuring system measures the level of dust, fine/coarse granular solids in coal bunkers or silos, or the level of liquids in tanks, based on weight sensing. Depending on the mechanical design and accessories of the Silopilot, it can operate at temperatures up to 230°C and pressures up to 3bar, or in corrosive measuring environments.
