The Silopilot FMM20 is an economical level measuring instrument for measuring dusty, fine or coarse granular solids in box-type silos or bins, or for measuring liquids in tanks.

Accuracy: ±2.5cm or ±1 pulse

Process temperature up to 150°C

One-piece transmitter with 0/4-20mA current output and an additional freely programmable signal output (e.g. counter pulse).

Convenient menu-guided operation via a four-line text display.

Complete electronic digital minimum fail-safe mode, so that no moving parts enter the silo outlet and the conveying unit is not affected.

Power supply 90~253VAC (wide-range voltage supply unit) and 24 VDC, depending on the selected version.

 

Application areas

The Silopilot T FMM20 is an electromechanical level measuring system for light granular solids such as wheat, plastic granules and powders. Based on weight sensing, it measures the level in coal bunkers or silos containing dust, fine or coarse granular solids.
