white-space: pre; font-size: 20px;">三、完整改造步骤</span></strong></p><p> 首先断电，打开表头取出S-DTA存储芯片，再断开内部传感器、供电、通讯线。再用工具拆下整套变送器。<br/></p><p style="text-align:center"><img src="/public/uploads/images/20260626/1782455680121756.png" title="1782455680121756.png" alt="image.png"/></p><p> 清理底座密封面，更换密封件。将套件内的远程传感器接线盒固定在原变送器安装底座，紧固螺丝保证防护，再接入探头温压模块线缆。</p><p> 安装好固定支架，将专用线缆两端分别接管道侧接线盒、壁挂变送器。普通型电缆4芯(棕/白/黄/绿)；带温压补偿型电缆7芯包含 RS485 通讯、供电、接地、复位线路，严格按端子线色对应接线。有两种出线方式M12插头式、直接电缆出线式。</p><p> 一体式变送器固定好之后，打开变送器腔体，插回S-DTA芯片。接入分体电缆恢复供电与通信。拧紧螺丝、密封格兰。更新标识，上电调试完成即可</p><p> 详细步骤可参考https://portal.endress.com/dla/5000707/8333/000/05/EA01055DA2_0623-00.pdf</p><p> </p></div><p><br/></p>
