The 11362Z is a high resistant probe for applications requiring accurate point level detection or overfill prevention in plastic vessels or vessels made of non-conducting material. The two-point control can be carried out in vessels with electrically conducting walls.

The 11362Z is a highly corrosion-resistant probe that can be used for limit detection and overflow protection in plastic vessels or vessels made of non-conductive materials. Two-point control is also possible via a conductive vessel wall.

 

Advantages

Various process connections selectable: thread G1 1/2 A (parallel thread) 

Thread 1 1/2" NPT (tapered thread) 

DIN standard flange, DN 40 to DN 200, PN 16 or PN 40, also optional tongue-and-groove flange

ANSI standard flange, 1 1/2" to 4", 150 psi or 300 psi, also optional clamp flange (only for 11362).

When using the Nivotester FTW325 probe for overflow protection, the EW 11Z electronic insert can be installed, providing continuous monitoring of the cable up to the maximum limit.

The 11362Z series can be used in hazardous explosive areas, Zone 0 of wastewater treatment plants (oil collection basins), and for overflow protection (WHG) of water-polluting liquids.
