The QWX43 fermentation parameter monitor is mounted directly on the tank. It directly measures density, temperature and speed of sound and calculates all fermentation parameters, such as the degree of fermentation, residual extract and alcohol concentration. The multi-sensor system outputs high-precision, repeatable measurement results in real time. Install the Endress+Hauser Netilion app and monitor the fermentation process from any networked device.
