Ultrasonic Flowmeter
1. Fault phenomenon: The instantaneous flow of the ultrasonic flowmeter fluctuates greatly.
[cause of failure]: the signal strength fluctuates greatly, and the measured fluid itself fluctuates greatly.
[Troubleshooting]: Adjust the position of the probe, improve the signal strength, and re-select the position to ensure the working conditions of 5D after 10D.
two, fault phenomenon: external clamp type ultrasonic flowmeter signal strength is low.
[cause of failure]: the pipe diameter is too large or the pipe scale is serious.
[fault handling]: technical transformation for plug-in probe, flowmeter display is normal.
3. Failure phenomenon: After the plug-in ultrasonic flowmeter is used for a period of time, the signal strength decreases.
[fault reason]: may be offset probe or probe scaling.
[Troubleshooting]: Re-adjust the position of the probe and clean the emitting surface of the probe.
four, fault phenomenon: ultrasonic flowmeter boot no display.
[cause of failure]: the power supply attribute does not correspond to the instrument rating or the insurance is burnt out.
[Fault Handling]: Check whether the power supply attribute is consistent with the instrument rating. If the insurance is burnt out, replace the insurance.
five, fault phenomenon: ultrasonic flowmeter cannot be used under strong interference on site.
[cause of failure]: the fluctuation range of the power supply is large, or there is frequency converter or strong magnetic field interference or poor grounding.
[Fault Treatment]: Provide stable power supply to the instrument, install the instrument away from strong magnetic field interference such as frequency converter, and set the grounding wire in a standard way. The ultrasonic line is laid separately with shielded wire and power line, and then the magnetic ring isolation transformer is added to the power input.
