Two-wire thermal resistance: 3 and 6 terminals.
Three-wire thermal resistance: one end is connected to 3, and the other end is connected to 5 and 6.

Four-wire thermal resistance: two wires at one end are connected to 3 and 4, and two wires at the other end are connected to 5 and 6.
